In three easy steps we will help you create your own customised bag based on one of our three models. You choose your model, your ‘skin’ and your lining.
You will receive your bag, lovingly packed and delivered directly to you via UPS.

2. What are Bag Tags?
One of the exclusive features of your new bag is a personalized engraved bag tag. Each bag has a unique code that can also include the initials of the owner. Feel free to email us for a short explanation of our unique code system.
3. Where can I find boutiques that have ILNI handbags on display?

5. What is the lead time for a personalized order?
It is the quality that defines the difference. As every bag is created with Italian craftsmanship and specific attention to detail, you can expect to receive the order between 3 to 6 weeks. The production of your bag begins as soon as your order is confirmed.
6. Where’s my order?
Once your order is shipped you will be able to follow the journey of your bag via the tracking code on the UPS website. If you wish to have an update on the progress of your order, please feel free to email us or call the direct line as provided on your order confirmation.
